About The Position
We are seeking an organized and efficient Expediter to join our team. As an Expediter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations in our kitchen and providing excellent customer service. If you have experience in bussing, food preparation, or customer service in a hotel or culinary setting, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous Experience is a Plus
- Able to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent guest service skills and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lift to 20 lbs. and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
Responsibilities
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to prioritize and expedite orders
- Ensure that all food items meet quality and presentation standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as necessary
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
