About The Position

Food Hall Head Chef – Halidom Eatery The Head Chef will lead and support our multi-concept food hall. This role focuses on menu development, kitchen leadership, cost control, and maintaining high culinary standards. This is a great opportunity to showcase your culinary abilities and help grow a unique Atlanta food hall concept. Halidom Eatery is Atlanta’s most unique food hall, featuring 10 eclectic local food vendors, a private event space, the beautiful Bar La Rose, and the soon to come Pink Bird bar. Location: 1341 Moreland Ave SE Atlanta, GA 30316 Parking on-site is free. Security and EV chargers on-site. Compensation: $65,000.00 - 70,000.00 USD annually Benefits options include: Medical, Dental, Vision, EAP, and 401K, Paid Time Off (12 days/yr), four Paid Holidays

Requirements

  • Strong culinary background with menu development experience
  • Experience leading kitchen teams in a high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of food cost, inventory, and kitchen operations
  • Organized, creative, and team-focused

Responsibilities

  • Build menus, recipes, and new culinary concepts
  • Oversee kitchen staffing, scheduling, and training
  • Manage inventory and food cost control
  • Maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Develop and mentor kitchen teams
  • Work closely with the Senior GM and Halidom leadership team
