We are currently searching for an individual to be a production leader, in the position of 2nd Shift Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Supervisor must be able to make decisions relating to acceptableness of production and production processes and is able to make quick decision relating to daily production runs. This job requires a pro-active person with a strong work ethic who can be depended upon to work independently. Requirements

Demonstrated communication team building skills
3+ years leadership/supervision experience in a production environment
Aptitude to train and develop employees
Multitask orientated and excellent problem-solving capabilities
Self-directed and results oriented individual
Pro-active person with a strong work ethic
Able to work independently
