We’re hiring a Food Runner/Busser to help keep service smooth, fast, and friendly. This role bridges the kitchen and dining room—delivering dishes quickly and accurately, keeping tables tidy, and supporting the service team so guests can relax and enjoy their time with us. As part of the Homegrown Hospitality Group family, you’ll join a crew that values consistency, teamwork, and genuine hospitality across all our South Carolina locations.

Requirements

• Experience as a food runner or busser is helpful but not required
• Strong communication skills and a team‑first mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Detail‑oriented with solid multitasking skills
• Able to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays for extended periods
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver food promptly and accurately to the correct tables
• Double‑check orders for accuracy before leaving the kitchen
• Present dishes and answer basic menu questions when trained
• Keep the expo line, service stations, and dining room organized
• Pre‑bus and fully bus tables, clearing plates, glassware, and debris
• Reset tables quickly and neatly for the next guests
• Support servers and fellow bussers to maintain smooth service flow
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance
• Take on additional tasks as needed
