About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Busser and Food Runners to join our team at our busy restaurant. The Busser and Food Runner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including setting and clearing tables and ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and presentable at all times. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, including setting up tableware, condiments, and other amenities
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment as needed
• Stock supplies, such as linens, napkins, and glassware
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including sweeping and mopping floors
• Assist servers with refilling drinks and bringing out food orders
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism
• Other duties as assigned
