About The Position
Cherry Hills Country Club, founded in 1922, is a family friendly Club with over 690 members. Facilities include a renowned championship golf course, a full-service golf shop, driving range, practice facilities, halfway house, and Par 3 course: eight outdoor tennis courts incorporating two pickleball courts, tennis shop, a family pool complex with café, junior Olympic size swimming pool and an active children’s club. Our support staff is responsible for assisting servers, bartenders, and expo with providing service to our guest. Characteristics of our support staff include being a team player, having excellent attention to detail, having the ability to maintain a positive attitude, and being conversational and friendly with guests This must be done all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism to achieve the high standards of service Cherry Hills Country Club is known for
Requirements
- Full time & part time available.
- Able to work flexible hours, days, nights, weekends & holidays.
- Strong communication skills; must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
- Exhibits strong beverage knowledge.
- 1-year high volume experience preferred.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
- Requires occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work in difficult weather conditions including heat, rain, and humidity.

Responsibilities
- Ensure a customer is receiving the correct order
- Double check the order before it goes to a customer
- Organize food tickets for the check
- Place silverware on the table
- Clean off tables after customers have left
- Answer any questions the customer may have
- Refill customer drinks as needed
- Prepare coffee, tea, and ice water for customers
- Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
- Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals
- Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables
- Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked
