About The Position

Food Runner duties include precise review of all kitchen tickets, communicating well with the kitchen and FOH team, delivering food to the guests in a detailed and friendly manner.
Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
Communicating with the Kitchen and FOH team efficiently
Taking food items from the kitchen to the guest tables with grace, precision, and speed
Detail oriented
Executing side work daily with precision
Carrying a tray and a tray jack that weigh up to 25 pounds at a swift pace efficiently
Conversing with the guest naturally and respectfully
Providing Five Diamond Service to our External and Internal guests daily

Requirements

• 2 years previous fine dining service experience required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Nice To Haves

• Previous Point of Sale System experience an asset
