About The Position

Prepares and checks plate presentation, accuracy and ticket times for food going
out of the window. Will interact with guests and should have knowledge of all
menu items. Is responsible for communicating salad bar needs to the kitchen as
well as other food issues. This job will also involve opening and closing side
duties. Maintains assigned station and equipment in a clean and sanitary
condition.
