Spring Arbor Senior Living of Crofton is seeking a Server to join our team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience of our residents by providing excellent service in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive nutritious and appealing meals while adhering to dietary guidelines. Your friendly and compassionate demeanor will contribute to the overall well-being of our residents. This position will work various days during the week and Every other weekend

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Nice To Haves

• Food serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.
