About The Position

Hourly food service TEAM members are responsible for the successful daily operations of our cafeteria and catering departments.

Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, lift or carry up to 50lbs, bend, twist, stoop and reach frequently for the duration of shift, as well as walk or stand for 8 hours on hard surfaces.
• Ability to withstand routine and repetitive work for the duration of shift
• Ability to tolerate hot and cold temperatures for extended periods of time, while performing job functions.
• Ability to work safely and unrestricted with ware-washing and kitchen equipment.
• Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner
• The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.
• Rehire Consideration: Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire. 180 days (6 months) waiting period.

Responsibilities

• Operation of ware-washing machine and three bay pot sinks
• Removal of waste and recyclables from inside the facility
• Equipment care, routine and daily cleaning duties, as assigned
• Receiving, handling and rotation of goods and inventory
• Team member in this position may also participate in low skill/light food preparation duties, and perform other duties, as assigned
