We’re seeking a dependable, mission-driven Mess Attendant Supervisor to help support and guide daily galley operations. This is a working supervisor role—meaning you will lead by example, train team members, and perform handsâon duties to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient dining environment. Provide handsâon leadership, coaching, and support to Mess Attendants throughout the shift. Set clear expectations, reinforce performance standards, and promote a positive team environment. Monitor team output to ensure quality, safety, and sanitation protocols are consistently followed. Identify safety concerns, ensure proper use of PPE, and report issues to the Project Manager. Operate and oversee commercial dishwashing equipment to ensure proper sanitation of dishware and utensils. Direct and assist with manual scrubbing and sanitizing of cookware in accordance with health and safety standards. Support frontâofâhouse operations, including dining area resets, trash removal, and maintaining cleanliness across service zones. Ensure all work areas, storage spaces, and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for the next shift. Verify completion of daily tasks and ensure supplies are properly secured. Assist with inventory checks, supply distribution, and coordination with kitchen staff as needed. Maintain a safe working environment by following all sanitation, safety, and foodâhandling procedures.
