City of Hope’s growing national system includes its Los Angeles campus, a network of clinical care locations across Southern California, a new cancer center in Orange County, California, and cancer treatment centers and outpatient facilities in the Atlanta, Chicago and Phoenix areas. The successful candidate: Schedule: 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., five days per week , with rotating weekends and holidays . Job Summary The Culinary Representative provides Culinary and Dietary support throughout the organization, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for all patients, caregivers, stakeholders, and guests. This role delivers an exceptional level of customer service and supports a positive experience within the facility.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or a high‑volume hospital cafeteria setting preferred
  • Food Handler’s Permit as required by Illinois state
  • Certification from an ANSI‑accredited food handler training program , or obtained within 30 days of employment (Required in IL)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time‑management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions in a fast‑paced environment

  • ServeSafe certification preferred
