About the position
Prepares nutritional food for residents, employees, visitors, and caterings. Monitors residents diet orders and prepares and serves residents meals. Operates and maintains the cleanliness of kitchen equipment. Assist with the cleaning of the kitchen area. Assist with the preparation and service of food to residents, employees, and visitors. Helps maintain the cleanliness of utensils and equipment in the kitchen and service area. Will help in the serving of the residents and employees in the dining room.

Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and write English.
- None required for licensure, registry or certification.
- One year of previous institutional food preparation preferred, but training will be provided.
- No technical training required.
