Requirements
- Proven experience as a master technician with a strong background in automotive repair
- Deep mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Familiarity with auto estimating processes and dealership operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Reynolds/Ignite and X-Time is a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with service advisors to provide precise repair estimates
- Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs, including brakes, engines, and transmissions
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and explaining repairs
- Stay current with the latest automotive technologies and manufacturer updates
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
