About The Position

Full-service law firm seeks a highly motivated and skilled associate attorney admitted in New York with at least 3 years of litigation experience in foreclosure, real estate transactions, collections, and/or bankruptcy. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• 3 years or more of experience in litigation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis of cases
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and judges
• Manage a caseload and meet deadlines
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals
