About The Position

Requirements

3+ years in eviction and property preservation (preferred for higher pay tier).
in foreclosure processes and FHA loan servicing.
Experience in mortgage servicing (not originations).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills in a manual, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Manage evictions and coordinate with attorneys to ensure compliance with investor guidelines.
Oversee property preservation, working with vendors to maintain and prepare homes for conveyance.
Handle foreclosure documentation: notices of sale, deeds, bid instructions, and judicial foreclosure figures.
Communicate with investors and mortgage insurance carriers, ensuring all reporting and claims are accurate.
Conduct internet research to identify utilities/HOAs, manage payments, and transfer accounts.
Review invoices, escrow accounts, and prepare claims for Quality Control submission.
