About The Position

Foreclosure & Eviction Specialist – Contract-to-Hire Pay: $27/hour (with 3+ years’ experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9–5 (flexible after training) Location: On-site for training (6 weeks), then potential hybrid Team Size: 25 people (you’ll be the dedicated eviction expert) Interview Process: 1–2 rounds, on camera Why This Role Stands Out Impactful Work: You’ll be the go-to expert handling post-foreclosure sales and eviction processes, ensuring properties are preserved and transitioned smoothly. Requirements

  • 3+ years in eviction and property preservation (preferred for higher pay tier).
  • in foreclosure processes and FHA loan servicing.
  • Experience in mortgage servicing (not originations).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills in a manual, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage evictions and coordinate with attorneys to ensure compliance with investor guidelines.
  • Oversee property preservation, working with vendors to maintain and prepare homes for conveyance.
  • Handle foreclosure documentation: notices of sale, deeds, bid instructions, and judicial foreclosure figures.
  • Communicate with investors and mortgage insurance carriers, ensuring all reporting and claims are accurate.
  • Conduct internet research to identify utilities/HOAs, manage payments, and transfer accounts.
  • Review invoices, escrow accounts, and prepare claims for Quality Control submission.
