What You'll Do: As a Foreman, you'll lead and manage mechanical construction activities on job sites under the direction of a Superintendent or Project Manager. You’ll be responsible for overseeing crews, promoting jobsite safety, and ensuring quality work is completed efficiently and on schedule. We’re looking for experienced field leaders who can motivate crews, solve problems, and maintain high standards on every project.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in commercial or industrial mechanical construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
  • Mechanical expertise and familiarity with industry best practices.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
  • Strong planning and material management skills.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supervising mechanical construction projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage trade activities on mechanical construction job sites.
  • Promote and enforce Green Mechanical’s safety policies and procedures.
  • Interpret construction documents such as blueprints, equipment schedules, and specifications.
  • Generate material takeoffs and manage site materials to maintain productivity.
  • Supervise and lead project crews, subcontractors, and support personnel.
  • Monitor field productivity and manage allocated labor hours.
  • Coordinate equipment and material deliveries.
  • Participate in progress and coordination meetings.
  • Maintain necessary certifications or licenses applicable to the role.
  • Complete and submit required job documentation and progress reports.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support successful project delivery.
