Supervise and manage a small team of press operators. Adhere to quality processes including in-process inspections to ensure compliance with quality specifications. Correctly interpret work orders and verify documentation. Work in a team environment, i.e. follow instructions. Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition. Perform visual inspection to verify no defects or damage. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisor or manager. Ability to read, follow, and interpret planning and work order instructions. Ability to verify part quantity and perform visual inspection for defects or damage. Punctuality The ability to perform basic shop math, fractions, decimals. The ability to navigate intranet to locate process documents - basic computer skills. Education High School Diploma or GED equivalent Qualifications Experience running a Press Machine Experience in the Metal Extrusion industry Ability to read orders Manufacturing The pay scale for this position is $27.77 to $29.72. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education, and/or experience. Requirements

Experience running a Press Machine
Experience in the Metal Extrusion industry
Ability to read orders
Manufacturing
Punctuality
The ability to perform basic shop math, fractions, decimals.
The ability to navigate intranet to locate process documents - basic computer skills.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
