About The Position

Position Summary: Coordinates activities of a work crew engaged in installing underground utilities, specifically water, sewer and drainage, building pad excavations, and general site grading. Understands construction and schematic drawings well enough to install work according to plans and specifications. Has experience with trench shoring and deep excavations At R.H. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
5 years' experience in site work, including excavation and earthwork, underground utilities, roadway and pavement construction, and site development.
Working foreman should be able to work within precise limits of standards of accuracy and make decisions based on measurable criteria and be able to work easily and skillfully with hands, lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds, have good vision either naturally or with correction) and stand, stoop, kneel or crouch.
Possesses leadership ability necessary to lead, motivate, and direct the work of subordinates.
OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and other pre-employment requirements
Valid U.S. Driver's License
