About The Position

Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. The Role: We operate advanced forging systems across the full production lifecycle, from raw material preparation through forming, heat treatment, machining, and inspection. Success depends on precise execution, equipment control, and process discipline. This is a general opportunity to engage forging technicians and operators with experience across key process areas. Requirements

  • Hands-on forging or heavy manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read work instructions and drawings
  • Strong process discipline and attention to detail
  • Experience in production environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience across multiple forging stages
  • Familiarity with inspection tools (CMM, gauges)
  • Experience in aerospace or heavy industry

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate forging, thermal, machining, and finishing equipment
  • Monitor key parameters (temperature, deformation, timing)
  • Inspect parts and identify defects during production
  • Troubleshoot process or equipment issues
  • Follow standard work and safety procedures
