Requirements
- Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail—you know one wrong move can spoil the batch
- Ability to lift, move, and hustle throughout the shift
- A no-nonsense attitude toward safety, quality, and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Slinging pallets of bold BBQ sauce and classic ketchup like a pro
- Operating forklifts safely, smoothly, and efficiently (no jerky moves)
- Loading, unloading, staging, and storing product with precision
- Keeping inventory flowing so production never cools down
- Working closely with warehouse and production teams to keep things hot and on time
