Ready to be part of something special? Join our Family! Major Responsibilities: Lift, stack, and un-stack products and materials. Move raw materials and finished goods to processing or dispatch areas of the facility. Make sure goods are stored in the correct area of the plant and/or warehouse so they may be located easily. Complete daily Forklift Pre-Op Inspection Sheet. Pull product and stage for product runs. Follow all guidelines as outlined in the forklift driver’s manual and policy. Participate in general line cleanup. Participate in physical inventories as needed. Follow all safety rules and policies and GMP rules. Requirements: Maintain excellent attendance record. Forklift experience. Possess Effective Communication Skills. Reading/Comprehension Abilities. Ability to Identify Problems and Respond Accordingly. Possess basic math skills. Physical Requirements: Walking/standing 90%, Sitting 10%. Able to bend, squat, climb, push and pull. Able to work within plant environment, heat, cold, and wet environment Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. – if an accommodation is necessary, please notify Human Resources in advance of the interview. Starting Salary is $18.00 per hour Compensation: Base Pay Range: $16.36 - $27.26 Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
