About The Position

Position Overview: To build custom orders to fulfill order requests. Position also responsible for the transport of merchandise from trailers to storage locations and from storage areas to trailers for shipping.

Requirements

• Must be able to sit or stand on lift truck for the entire shift.
• Must be able to mount/dismount lift truck on an average 15 times per hour while using three points of contact
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment which may be quite warm or cool.
• Must be able to bend and lift up to 75 lbs., up to 20 times an hour for 8 hours.
• This position is located and works out of Coppell, TX.
• Mon-Fri: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Receiving a pull task with information on the hard surface material to be pulled and retrieving the correct material with a lift truck.
• Transporting a pallet by forklift to and from location.
• Complete paperwork as required.
• Wrap and band hard surface materials prepared on pallets.
• Prepare and package miscellaneous items in boxes for shipment.
• Tape and repair any damaged packages.
• Raise/Lower dock plate
• Use orange cone system for full or empty trailers
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
