Forklift Operator | $20.47 Hourly + $3.00 Shift Premium | Raise after 90 days | 2nd Shift If you're safety-driven, computer-savvy, and confident behind the wheel of a forklift, this is your season to grow. Join our Tennessee manufacturing team and play a key role in keeping production moving efficiently and safely. As a Forklift Operator , you’ll be responsible for material movement, inventory accuracy, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment that supports production success. Great Place to Work® for five consecutive years Full-time evening shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) Competitive hourly pay + shift differential Medical, Dental, Vision & ancillary insurance options 401(k) with Profit Sharing Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off Employee discounts & Employee Assistance Program Career advancement & internal promotion opportunities Free on-site gym access & subsidized meals at our in-house bistro What You’ll Do Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials Ensure accurate inventory transactions using ERP systems (Navision experience a plus) Perform cycle counts, bin checks, and inventory audits Utilize computer systems for tracking, reporting, and documentation Maintain clean, labeled, and organized storage areas (6-S standards) Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies Support production teams with timely material replenishment Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Communicate effectively across shifts to ensure seamless operations What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Proven forklift operating experience required + Certification provided Strong safety mindset and commitment to safe equipment handling Comfortable using computers, ERP systems, and basic Microsoft Office programs Solid math skills and attention to detail Ability to read safety rules, manuals, and operating instructions Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100 lbs) Willingness to work evening shift and support other shifts as needed Why Join Us? Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven forklift operating experience required + Certification provided
- Strong safety mindset and commitment to safe equipment handling
- Comfortable using computers, ERP systems, and basic Microsoft Office programs
- Solid math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read safety rules, manuals, and operating instructions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
