About The Position
The Forklift Operator plays a critical role in supporting production operations by ensuring the continuous flow of materials and products. This position is responsible for timely and accurate movement of goods, trailer loading, pallet production, and real-time inventory tracking using the AS400 system. Requirements
- Perform repetitive hand & wrist motion throughout a shift.
- Lift/push/pull 50+lbs as required (Occasional)
- Twist and bend the body as necessary to perform job related tasks.
- Kneel/squat as necessary to complete job-related tasks.
- Grasping & pinching motions to complete job-related tasks

- Must be 18 years of age or older
Nice To Haves
- Food/Meat manufacturing experience
- Stand up Forklift experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure production lines are consistently supplied with necessary products and materials to prevent downtime.
- Load outbound trailers accurately and efficiently, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Accurately and promptly receive inbound shipments using the AS400 system, verifying product quantities and ensuring proper documentation and storage.
- Produce pallets from the sleeve line in a timely and precise manner, maintaining product integrity and labeling accuracy.
- Perform real-time scanning and inventory updates using the AS400 system to maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any material flow issues promptly.
