Summary This position is responsible for ensuring all product and materials are loaded, unloaded, and processed through the warehouse in a timely and accurate manner using a motor-powered forklift. Team members will be fully re-trained and certified on forklift during orientation.

Requirements

  • Must be willing to stand for extended periods of time (up to 12 hours per day)
  • May work with corrective lenses if vision problems.
  • May be provided PPE for additional hearing protection as needed.
  • Must be willing to adhere to a production performance percentage measurement
  • Must pass post offer health assessment and drug screening
  • Proficiency in reading and writing.
  • ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all product and materials are loaded, unloaded, and processed through the warehouse in a timely and accurate manner using a motor-powered forklift.
  • During your work shift, which will consist of three 12-hour days and one 6 hour day, you will do work that consists of bending, squatting, lifting and pushing/pulling up to (40) pounds.
  • As part of efficiently completing job tasks, a handheld scanner will be used to track products as it is loaded, unloaded, and moved around the facility.
  • Receiver – Receives product accurately into the building using a Powered Industrial Truck
  • Put Away – Pulls product that has been received and puts it into the racking. May be required to palletize or split pallets.
  • Replenisher – Pulls pallets from racking to replenish pick faces.
  • Picker – (Case picker/Order Selector and full pallet picker) pulls product either in single or full palletized form to fill and build customer orders.
  • Loader – Loads trucks with product in an efficient manner that will avoid product damage or loss.
