About The Position
Temp Staff Management Group is seeking a Forklift Operator for our client in Monroe, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position. Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:30AM – 4PM Monday - Friday Some Saturdays Plus Overtime Pay Rate: $18 - $19 / hour Job Summary: We’re seeking two experienced, high-caliber Forklift Operators to support warehouse operations. This role requires operating multiple types of equipment, including an order picker, propane forklift, and reach truck. Associates must be flexible and willing to work in various departments, not limited to forklift operation. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Experience operating order picker, propane forklift, and reach truck required
- Ability to work in any department as assigned
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to understand English (Bilingual is a plus but not required)
- Willingness to work overtime, including mandatory Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Operate order picker, propane forklift, and reach truck safely and efficiently
- Support operations across multiple warehouse departments
- Assist with general warehouse duties in addition to forklift operation
- Move, load, and store materials accurately within the facility
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Support team productivity and operational goals.
