About The Position

They are building the mission-critical infrastructure that allows engineering teams to develop, test, and deploy reliable machine learning systems at scale. Their platform is utilized by large enterprise customers to ensure their AI behaves consistently, safely, and predictably. The team is highly technical and product-focused. They are investing heavily in the "last mile" of the user experience, ensuring our technical backend translates into seamless, enterprise-grade product workflows. As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) , you will sit at the intersection of Engineering, Product Design, and Customer Success. This is a high-impact, post-sales role designed for a "force multiplier" who can walk into a complex enterprise environment, understand their unique data constraints, and build the custom implementations that make our product indispensable. You are the right fit if you have the "Design Engineer" itch for polished UI, but the backend grit to architect data pipelines across modern infrastructure.

Requirements

Full-Stack Mastery: 4+ years of experience with a focus on React/Vite/Next.js on the frontend and Python (Django/Flask) on the backend.
Infrastructure Fluency: Comfortable working with diverse data stores ( SQL, NoSQL, and OLAP ) and understanding how to optimize queries for high-volume AI logs.
Aesthetic Sensitivity: A strong eye for UX/UI; you don't just make things work, you make them "pixel-perfect" and intuitive for technical users.
The "Demo" Spirit: You are personable, articulate, and enjoy the challenge of high-stakes client interactions.
Startup DNA: You thrive in ambiguity and prefer shipping code at a high velocity over long, bureaucratic cycles.

Responsibilities

Technical Implementation: Lead the post-sales technical rollout for enterprise clients, ensuring our platform integrates seamlessly with their existing data stacks.
Full-Stack Development: Build and ship custom features, dashboards, and workflow editors using React, Next.js, and Python .
Data Architecture: Navigate and integrate with various customer database environments, including Postgres, Redshift, Clickhouse, and MongoDB .
Design-to-Code: Act as a Design Engineer by translating complex user requirements into high-fidelity UI components via Figma and Tailwind CSS .
Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders, leading live demos and troubleshooting complex data flows in real-time.
Product Feedback: Turn field insights into core product requirements, working directly with the founding team to shape the roadmap.
