We are hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to help build Osmo’s enterprise solutions business. You will work directly with leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies to solve complex fragrance challenges using AI. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and commercial teams. You will translate customer problems into technical solutions, build rapid prototypes, and deploy systems that deliver measurable value.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering and systems design skills
- Comfortable building rapid prototypes and production systems
- Experience working at an AI, data platform, or enterprise software company
- Curious, analytical, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong communicator who enjoys working directly with customers
- Collaborative and able to work across engineering, research, and commercial teams
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years in data/AI infrastructure firms
- Computer science or equivalent technical degree
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers
- Partner with leading CPG companies to understand product and fragrance challenges
- Translate business problems into technical solutions
- Build prototypes and solutions
- Develop AI-driven prototypes that demonstrate value and unlock deals
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to turn prototypes into deployable systems
- Support enterprise engagements
- Provide technical leadership during customer discussions and negotiations
- Help design scalable solutions for enterprise deployments
- Own implementation
- Serve as the technical lead during pilots and deployments
- Ensure successful delivery and adoption of Osmo solutions
- Help build a new business
- Identify repeatable solutions across customers
- Contribute to building a $100M enterprise solutions business
