Job Summary The Foundation Development Manager is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive annual fundraising plan, including building an annual giving program that engages individual, corporate, and foundation donors. This role will also focus on creating a major gift program by cultivating and stewarding potential major donors with the goal of securing multiple individual and corporate contributions of $10,000 or more within three years. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, relationship-builder, and skilled communicator who thrives in a fast-paced nonprofit environment. The successful candidate will build the clinic's fundraising program and be capable of stepping into a Director role as fundraising revenue and the development department grows. The Foundation Development Manager is a 1.0 FTE equivalent position devoted to Uptown Community Health Center.
