About The Position
As the Founding Designer, you will be the sole creative force shaping an AI-powered professional networking platform from the ground up. You will define the entire design DNA, from core mobile UX to brand identity, working directly with the founding team to transform a bold vision into a product people love.

- Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where you are responsible for the entire design playbook.
- A strong portfolio showcasing product thinking that balances aesthetic beauty with functional excellence and user-centric problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UI/UX for primary mobile and web platforms, managing every screen, flow, and micro-interaction.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system and visual identity that defines how the brand is perceived globally.
- Partner directly with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap and iterate rapidly without bureaucratic layers.
