This is not a “learn the ropes” SDR job. This is a production role. You will generate pipeline into healthcare organizations that move slowly, screen aggressively, and reject generic outreach. Success depends on preparation, call execution, and discipline. You will also build the outbound machine that future SDRs inherit. We sell to healthcare operators and clinical leaders. Credibility, sharp messaging, and strong phone presence matter more than volume alone. There is a clear path to SDR Manager while still carrying quota.
