Casium is hiring our first GTM hire to help build our revenue engine from the ground up. This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves creating pipeline, opening doors, running toward ambiguity, and helping turn early traction into a repeatable motion. Your initial focus will be on high-growth companies with meaningful immigration and mobility needs, especially where the pain is real, the stakes are high, and the buying process still has room for speed and creativity. You will work closely with the founders to identify target accounts, generate conversations, run sales cycles, and help shape how Casium goes to market. You will also turn what you learn into better messaging, sharper positioning, and stronger process so we can scale what works. This role is part seller, part builder, and part operator. It is for someone who wants to help create the playbook, not just inherit one.
