About The Position

We're a small, in-person team in San Francisco building the first AI orchestrator. Conductor lets you run a team of coding agents on your Mac. We launched a few months ago, and are now used by engineers at leading companies like Linear, Vercel, Notion, Stripe, and Y Combinator. One user told me: A huge amount of my work now is wildly parallelized, in a way I’ve never had to worry about before. It’s been a while since a dev tool has changed my life [like Conductor did]. We’re on a mission to build the human interface to AI organizations. Our team is small but growing. Last year, we quit our jobs at Point72 and Netflix to start Conductor together. Our team is small, so there is a lot of room to grow!
