HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this enterprise SaaS sales role supporting the expansion of an AI-native B2B software company entering the U.S. market . Position Overview The Founding U.S. Account Executive will be responsible for establishing and expanding the company's enterprise customer base within the United States. This role requires a SaaS sales professional capable of managing the entire sales cycle while also contributing to the early development of repeatable go-to-market processes. The position involves engaging mid-market and enterprise organizations, building pipeline through outbound prospecting, and leading consultative sales discussions with senior decision-makers across operational functions. The role requires strong ownership, the ability to work within a startup environment, and experience selling enterprise software solutions. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of building pipeline independently, executing structured sales cycles, and successfully closing enterprise-level SaaS deals.
