Hyperbound is creating a new category of sales performance tech, giving sales organizations an unfair advantage when it comes to observing, measuring, and replicating top performer behaviors. This category is inevitable; every sales organization will have a system like this in the next 5 years. Building a world-class product and design team is how we'll stay the leader. We just closed $1M in NEW ARR last month and are about to grow from 15 to 30+ teammates by the end of the year. You'll be joining right before a period of rapid scaling, with massive ownership over product design, user experience, and the overall look and feel of our platform. If you're looking for rapid career mobility, Hyperbound is for you. You'll work directly with the founders, partner with our incredible engineering team, and ship features to enterprise customers like LinkedIn, Monday.com, Autodesk, Vanta, Tipalti, and G2. We're the unquestioned leaders in our space, and we're looking for our second designer to help us define and scale a category-defining product experience.
