About The Position

As a Fountain Worker at Starbucks inside The Cosmopolitan, you will create memorable guest experiences through your exceptional service and warm interactions. By engaging with a diverse clientele and understanding their unique needs, you’ll play a key role in crafting unforgettable moments that keep them coming back. You’ll be responsible for preparing signature beverages and refreshing drinks in a fast-paced environment, embodying the vibrant spirit of both Starbucks and Las Vegas.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast paced restaurant
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Take and place orders, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable
• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests
• Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments
• Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures
• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
• Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in workstation, counters, tables, etc.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
