About The Position

The FP&A Analyst – Reporting plays a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis at Swire Coca-Cola by partnering with the business to deliver insightful forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. This role provides hands-on exposure to P&L and Balance Sheet analysis, KPI tracking, and variance analysis while helping identify financial risks and opportunities. Working closely with senior analysts and the FP&A Manager, the analyst contributes to building and enhancing reports that support informed decision-making in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field required
• Internship in finance related field required
• 1+ years of experience in a financial analyst role preferred
• Advanced Excel knowledge (daily usage of pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, macros, index, match functions)
• Knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow analysis
• Ability to extract and analyze large data files and manipulate them into digestible reports for analysis
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools and data visualization tools (Power BI, Domo)
• Understanding of basic to moderate-level financial modeling

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting and budget process.
• Prepare/maintain management reports accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze current and past trends in financial performance, key performance indicators, and provide explanations for unexpected variance
• Analyze financial information and identify issues/opportunities within the business.
• Provide reporting support for the P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Develop/enhance reports with coaching from senior analysts and the FP&A Manager.
