About The Position

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the finance function through budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive strategic business decisions. This position requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling proficiency, and the ability to interpret data to support business performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus)
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance (manufacturing experience is highly preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Must be comfortable communicating financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Assist with monthly financial close processes and prepare reporting packages for regional or global finance teams
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and support decision-making
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting trends and business risks/opportunities
  • Analyze actual vs. budget/forecast results and provide actionable insights
  • Prepare and manage monthly and quarterly financial forecasts and variance analysis
  • Support the annual budget process, collaborating with department leaders across operations, supply chain, and corporate
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation of reporting tools (Excel, QAD, Planful)
