We’re looking to hire a Senior Analyst / Manager contractor for 3-6 months to join the team and help us shape the future of smart home.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a finance field.
  • Experience in Retail Sales facing FP&A function a plus.
  • Solid business decision maker while dealing with ambiguity and motivated to reduce its impact on the business.
  • Comfortable working with large quantities of data across multiple systems.
  • Team player and takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Presents ideas and information in a concise, well-organized manner.
  • Organized with excellent time management skills with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast paced, highly matrixed, rapidly changing environment.
  • Proficient with Excel, Tableau, Adaptive and embracing AI a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with commercial leaders to drive business goals and make sound financial decisions for the organization.
  • Engage cross functional teams to execute financial plans and drive alignment on strategic priorities.
  • Model, evaluate and advise on the financial impact of partnership deals, promotional plans, pricing decisions and marketing investments.
  • Maintain long range planning, forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Provide weekly and quarterly reporting and analysis on performance of the business against plan to the Senior Leadership team.
  • Use own initiative and analysis to spot trends or anomalies in the business which others cannot or have not seen, drive action from these insights.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and projects as required.
