Overview The Frac Watch Operator is responsible for monitoring hydraulic fracturing (frac) operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Professional, safety-oriented field personnel with hands-on experience supporting active frac operations, including pre-frac rig-up and post-frac rig-down activities. The ability to adapt to changing wellsite conditions, troubleshoot equipment, and optimize operational performance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Monitor frac operations using real-time data systems and surveillance tools. Observe pressure levels, flow rates, and fluid volumes to ensure optimal performance. Communicate with field personnel, engineers, and supervisors regarding any anomalies or potential hazards. Document and report operational data, safety concerns, and incidents accurately. Assist in maintaining compliance with environmental, safety, and industry regulations. Conduct routine inspections of frac equipment and notify appropriate personnel of any required maintenance. Support emergency response procedures when necessary. Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
