About The Position

We are looking for a dependable individual with great attention to detail to join our assembly team as a frame builder in our Mount Airy, NC This individual will: Assemble parts according to style specifications. Lift plywood parts onto tabletop and Lower plywood frame from tabletop to ground level. Assemble parts using glue brush, staple gun, screw gun and grinding wheel. Retrieve necessary components for assembly. Inspect parts for quality control standards. Use proper PPE – safety glasses, ear plugs. Maintain good housekeeping practices to prevent slips, trips and falls. Candidates that will be a great fit will: Be able to perform repetitive tasks such as bend, lift, twist, and reach for extended periods of time. Be able to stand and walk for 100% of shift. Be capable of operating staple guns, glue brushes and grinding wheels. Be able to lower up to 50 pounds of weight at waist height tabletop to floor level up to 30 times per shift. Be capable of operating band saw.

Requirements
