Read and follow construction drawings and instructions. Measure and cut materials accurately. Work safely on ladders, lifts, and rooftops. Keep your work area clean and organized. Assist your team in completing projects on time and ensuring high quality. ✅ What We’re Looking For: Able to read a tape measure and a construction level. Good with tools and hands-on work. Can lift 50–100 lbs and work on your feet. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather. Pays attention to detail and works safely. Has reliable transportation.
