We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our Gotcha Covered franchise team as a Franchise Marketing Success Manager. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our franchise network through ownership of the marketing support and coaching function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, a keen understanding of franchise operations, and a proven track record of customer success while driving marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives. This person must be willing to work four days per week at either our Springville, UT office or our Denver, CO office.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the Franchise Marketing Support Function / Coaching Program while working closely with the Marketing Director, as well as the Operations team and its coaching program.
  • Manage the marketing coaching / education cadence to support franchisees on all aspects of marketing across the new owner stage, seasoned owner stage, as well as owners who require additional support.
  • Educate franchisees on comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Build relationships with franchisees and gain buy-in to programs and solutions offered by the corporate marketing team.
  • Take on special projects as assigned to support the Marketing Director and overall marketing function.
  • Partner with Marketing Director and Digital Agency to assess digital marketing campaign performance, consult with individual owners about digital strategy, troubleshoot campaign or website issues, make recommendations for budget allocation, etc.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance and educate franchisees about KPI’s, ROI, digital marketing terminology, lead tracking, and helping to establish performance expectations.
  • Attend calls with franchisees and our Agency of Record in support of non-marketing savvy franchisees.
  • Conduct monthly training sessions for franchisees on marketing best practices, tools, programs and strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives at the local level.
  • Partner with Marketing Specialist and marketing vendor partners to build out a library of training videos, articles and resources.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Be a dynamic and solutions-oriented member of the corporate marketing team.
  • Stay up to date on the latest marketing program roll outs, recommendations and pivots in strategy.
  • Consult with franchisees frequently to identify opportunities for growth and improvement for local markets.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives (both digital and offline).
  • Analyze data and provide regular reports on marketing performance to stakeholders.
  • Feedback loop to Marketing Director about marketing program perception across the network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on franchise or multi-location businesses
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and online advertising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a customer success role is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs is advantageous.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and one-on-one coaching with business owners.
  • Experience with content creation such as writing Blogs, social media posts, newsletters, etc.
  • Understanding of the following platforms preferred: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and Sprout Social and HubSpot.
