Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education (associate’s degree) and experience preferred
  • 5-7 years of recruiting and sourcing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Applicant Tracking System or CRM experience preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with hiring managers, applicants and candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills necessary to maintain workload
  • Exhibits ability to manage demands, receive constructive feedback and maintain adaptability and flexibility

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and interviewing franchisee candidates across the US
  • Utilize social media, internet research and brand marketing for lead generation
  • Possess thorough industry knowledge and understanding of assigned geographical territory
  • Partner and coordinate with external marketing agencies to maximize lead generation
  • Post franchise seminars on internal/external websites and attend franchise networking events
  • Manage candidate pipeline by reviewing applicants and tracking applicants’ status within Salesforce (CRM system)
  • Pull, attach, and review all credit reports for franchise applications
  • Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook and various networking sites to identify new leads and market franchise opportunities
  • Implement and post sales campaigns to market franchise opportunities by evaluating candidate pool and identifying the appropriate sales approach to attract potential candidates
  • Train Franchise Sales Specialist on utilizing Salesforce, social media sites, and identifying local networking events in assigned market
  • Assist with processing internal candidates through our Multiple Approval Process, provide measurements and reports to Franchise Sales Specialist
  • Collaborate with cross functional franchising team members such as Treasury, Real Estate, Training and Operations leaders on various candidate requests
  • Discuss candidate background checks with Franchise Sales Specialist, share best practices
