Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Figma for brand systems, web concepting, and scalable design systems
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) for visual identity, template development, and brand guidelines creation
  • Experience designing within enterprise CMS environments (preferably Sitecore) and creating modular web style guides
  • Demonstrated ability to translate brand strategy into multi-channel visual systems, including presentation, print, digital marketing, and web experiences

Responsibilities

  • Supporting two different projects
  • Create moodboard directions and up to 3 visual identity system concepts (logo, color palette, typography, imagery, video/audio standards) with 1 selected for refinement
  • Develop finalized templates (PowerPoint, print, digital advertising) and oversee creation of a 30–40 page brand guidelines manual
  • Develop brand video storyboard in collaboration with brand strategy
  • Create up to 3 creative web concept directions for the website with 1 selected for refinement
  • Detailed visual design and creative guidance for up to 15 web page types, plus a website style guide for template/module usage within Sitecore
