We’re looking for a freelance designer to help bring our brand to life across digital and print — someone who blends creativity with consistency and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• A creative problem-solver with a strong visual eye and attention to detail
• Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
• Comfortable working independently with quick turnaround times and shifting priorities
• Familiar with branding principles and accessibility-conscious design

Nice To Haves

• You have experience working with healthcare or mission-driven brands

Responsibilities

• Design marketing and internal materials including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, display ads, and email assets
• Develop on-brand visual content that supports recruitment, engagement, and outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to translate messages into compelling visuals
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines while ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints
• Create templates for recurring use by team members (e.g., Canva or Google Slides templates)
• Occasionally assist with website visuals or basic UX/UI updates (nice to have, not required)
