About The Position

Loop is looking for an experienced Retail Account Manager (Freelance) to support the rapid expansion of our retail channel. This is a commercially driven, hands-on role for someone who can both manage existing retail accounts and actively support new business development. You’ll play a key role in helping Loop expand its retail footprint — identifying new retail opportunities, supporting outreach and pitch conversations, and driving sell-in with prospective partners. At the same time, you’ll ensure strong execution across assigned accounts, maintaining momentum across launches, promotions, and base business. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, proactive, and confident opening doors while also delivering disciplined account management. This is a contract position with meaningful ownership and immediate impact on retail growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in retail or national account management
  • Proven experience driving new business and opening retail accounts
  • Strong sell-in and buyer negotiation skills
  • Experience with retail forecasting and promotional planning
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
  • Comfortable working at pace in a fast-growth environment
  • Available for at least 6 months

Responsibilities

  • Identify and support outreach to new retail partners aligned with Loop’s growth strategy
  • Lead or support pitch meetings, buyer conversations, and new retailer sell-in
  • Own day-to-day management of assigned retail accounts
  • Drive new product launches and promotional execution across accounts
  • Develop and maintain accurate volume forecasts and growth plans
  • Monitor sell-through and proactively identify expansion opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure launch readiness and inventory alignment
