Freezer Associate - Stacker/Palletizing
About The Position
Consistent Schedule – Average a 50 hour workweek each week, Monday through Friday Shift Options – Second Shift-Only Consistent Overtime Pay – $1.5x overtime after 40 hours each week Starting wage of $22.64 / hour ; increased to $23.24 after 60 days of positive performance -- $34.86/hour per OT Hour Full Uniform Program - 100% Company Paid 100% Company-Paid healthcare and life insurance for employee 401K with company match Job Responsibilities Work as part of ice cream production crew palletizing and preparing finished products for shipping Train in multiple stations of quality control, robotic palletizing, manual palletizing, and forklift operation Maintaining our highest quality of food safety standards, sanitation standards, and production requirements. Must observe all safety procedures, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Other responsibilities as they are assigned. Requirements
