The RFP Pricing Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering all pricing responses for RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs within the brokerage/3PL environment. This role ensures the organization submits competitive, accurate, and profitable pricing aligned with market conditions, operational capabilities, carrier capacity, and strategic account objectives. The RFP Pricing Manager partners closely with Sales, Operations, Carrier Procurement, Finance, and Executive Leadership to enhance win rates, streamline the bid process, provide visibility into reporting, and support revenue growth through data-driven pricing strategies.
